statements and forward-looking information within the meaning of
applicable securities laws. Such forward-looking statements or
information include, but are not limited to, statements or information
with respect to: the proposed amalgamation of Riva with a wholly-owned
subsidiary of Wildcat, the exploration and development of mineral
properties; and Riva and Wildcat's future business and strategies.

Often, but not always, forward-looking statements or information can be

Although we have attempted to identify factors that would cause actual
actions, events or results to differ materially from those disclosed in
the forward-looking statements or information, there may be other

The forward-looking statements are based on a number of assumptions
which, while considered reasonable by Wildcat, are subject to risks and
uncertainties. In addition to the assumptions herein, these
assumptions include the assumptions described in Wildcat's management's
discussion and analysis for the period ended <chron>December 31, 2011</chron>
("MD&A"). Wildcat cautions readers that forward-looking statements

other factors which may cause actual results, performance or
achievements to differ materially from those expressed in or implied by
such forward-looking statements and forward-looking statements are not
guarantees of future results, performance or achievement. These risks,
uncertainties and factors include general business, economic,
competitive, political, regulatory and social uncertainties; actual
results of exploration activities and economic evaluations;
fluctuations in currency exchange rates; changes in project parameters;
changes in costs, including labour, infrastructure, operating and
production costs; future prices of silver and other minerals;
variations of mineral grade or recovery rates; operating or technical
difficulties in connection with exploration, development or mining
activities, including the failure of plant, equipment or processes to
operate as anticipated; delays in completion of exploration,
development or construction activities; changes in government
legislation and regulation; the ability to maintain and renew existing
licenses and permits or obtain required licenses and permits in a
timely manner; the ability to obtain financing on acceptable terms in a
timely manner; contests over title to properties; employee relations
and shortages of skilled personnel and contractors; the speculative
nature of, and the risks involved in, the exploration, development and
mining business; and the factors discussed in the section entitled
"Risks and Uncertainties" in the MD&A.

Although Wildcat has attempted to identify important risks,
uncertainties and other factors that could cause actual performance,
achievements, actions, events, results or conditions to differ
materially from those expressed in or implied by the forward-looking
information, there may be other risks, uncertainties and other factors
that cause performance, achievements, actions, events, results or
conditions to differ from those anticipated, estimated or intended.

About Wildcat
Wildcat is a Canadian mineral exploration company focused on the
development of its 80% owned Hermosa silver project located in <location idsrc="xmltag.org" value="LU/us.az.sanruz">Santa
Cruz County, Arizona</location>. The project currently has a preliminary economic
assessment completed which estimates average annual production of over
15 million ounces of silver for the first five years and a 16 year mine
life, making it one of the largest undeveloped silver projects in the
USA. Hermosa's measured and indicated mineral resource consists of 194
million tonnes averaging 37.7 grams per tonne silver for a total of 236
million ounces of silver and an inferred mineral resource of 80 million
tonnes averaging 30.9 grams per tonne silver for a total of 79 million
ounces of silver as announced in the <chron>August 9, 2012</chron> press release.

<location value="LU/ca.bc.vancvr" idsrc="xmltag.org">
VANCOUVER</location>, <chron>Jan. 10, 2013</chron> /CNW/ - <org value="Toronto:WS" idsrc="xmltag.org">Wildcat Silver Corporation</org> (TSX: WS) ("Wildcat" or "the Company") is pleased to announce the results for six
drill holes completed on the Company's Hermosa property located in
<location value="LU/us.az.sanruz" idsrc="xmltag.org">Santa Cruz County, Arizona</location>. These reverse circulation drill holes,
located in the centre of the proposed open pit, were undertaken to
validate certain historic results and upgrade the mineral resource
estimate. They were also designed to test the depth of the resource in
areas of historic shallow rotary-hole infill drilling and provide
representative material for additional metallurgical testing.

The new drilling confirmed the results from the historic drilling. In
addition, drill hole HDS-329 increased the thickness of the higher
grade <org>Manto Oxide Zone</org> mineralization by approximately 23 metres beyond
what was tested by previously drilled hole HDS-15. Significant
intercepts include HDS-324 returning 44.2 metres of 219.8 g/t silver and 5.09% manganese, HDS-326 returning 13.7 metres of 338.1 g/t silver and 9.91% manganese and HDS-327 returning 64.0 metres of 151.6 g/t silver.

Wildcat plans to incorporate these drill results into a revised mineral
resource and mine plan to be included in the Hermosa prefeasibility
study, which is being led by <org>M3 Engineering and Technology Corporation
of Tucson</org>, Arizona. The prefeasibility study is scheduled for
completion in the second quarter of 2013. Further as a result of the
current drilling, approximately five tonnes of <org>Manto Oxide Zone</org> and ten
tonnes of <org>Upper Silver Zone</org> material were collected for additional
prefeasibility metallurgical testwork, which is primarily focused on
optimizing silver and by-product recoveries. Testwork is currently
underway and being conducted by <org>Hazen Research, Inc.</org> in <location value="LU/us.co.golden" idsrc="xmltag.org">Golden,
Colorado</location>.

A summary of the drill results is provided below. Please also see the map for drill hole locations.

Qualified Person
The results of Wildcat's drilling results have been reviewed, verified
and compiled by
<person>Don Taylor</person>
, MSc., PG, President and Chief Operating
Officer for <org value="Toronto:WS" idsrc="xmltag.org">Wildcat Silver</org>, a qualified person as defined by National
Instrument 43-101 (NI 43-101). Mr. Taylor has more than 25 years of
mineral exploration and mining experience, and is a Registered
Professional Geologist through the SME. Mr. Taylor is also a Licensed
Professional Geologist in several US states.

Assays and Quality Assurance/Quality Control
To ensure reliable sample results, Wildcat has a rigorous QA/QC program
in place that monitors the chain-of-custody of samples and includes the
insertion of blanks, duplicates, and certified reference standards in
each batch of samples. Core is photographed and split in half with
one-half retained in a secured facility for verification purposes.
Sample preparation (crushing and pulverizing) is performed at <org>Skyline
Laboratories</org>, an ISO/IEC accredited lab located in <location value="LU/us.az.tucson" idsrc="xmltag.org">Tucson, Arizona</location>.
<org>Skyline Laboratories</org> prepares two pulps of all samples and completes
analysis of one pulp sample by ICP for Cu% (copper), Pb% (lead), Zn%
(zinc) and Mn% (manganese). The second pulp is shipped to <org>Inspectorate
Labs</org>, an ISO: 9001-2008 accredited laboratory in <location value="LU/us.nv.reno" idsrc="xmltag.org">Reno, Nevada</location>, where
the duplicate pulp is analyzed for Au (gold) and Ag (silver). Silver
values are determined by gravimetric fire assay (1 AT) with gold values
determined by an AA finish from the same dore bead: Final silver value
is the weight of the dore bead minus the AA gold value. In certain
drill holes Skyline completes analyses of pulps for gold (FA-1AT/AA)
and silver is determined by multi-acid digestion/AA finish. If the
silver value is greater than 150 gpt the sample is redone by
gravimetric FA (1AT) with the gravimetric gold value subtracted. At
both labs if the FA/AA Au value is greater than 3 gpt the Au assay is
repeated by FA gravimetric methods. Certain duplicate pulps have
gold-silver QA/QC checks run at Skyline by the above methods. Further,
certain duplicate pulps also have Cu, Pb, Zn, Mn QA/QC checks using
ICP/AA methods and 30 element spectral ICP determined at Inspectorate
after 4-acid digestion.

About Reserves and Resources
This press release uses the terms measured, indicated and inferred
resources as a relative measure of the level of confidence in the
resource estimate. Readers are cautioned that: (a) mineral resources
are not economic mineral reserves; (b) the economic viability of
resources that are not mineral reserves has not been demonstrated; and
(c) it should not be assumed that further work on the stated resources
will lead to mineral reserves that can be mined economically. In
addition, inferred resources are considered too geologically
speculative to have any economic considerations applied to them. It
cannot be assumed that all or any part of an inferred mineral resource
will ever be upgraded to a higher category. Under Canadian rules,
estimates of inferred mineral resources may not form the basis of
feasibility or pre-feasibility studies or economic studies except for
certain preliminary economic assessments. Readers should also refer to
the Company's Annual Information Form for the period ended <chron>December 31,
2011</chron> and other continuous disclosure documents available at www.sedar.com, which is subject to the qualifications and notes set forth therein.

<location value="LU/ca.bc.vancvr" idsrc="xmltag.org">
VANCOUVER</location>, <chron>Oct. 1, 2012</chron> /CNW/ - <org value="Toronto:WS" idsrc="xmltag.org">Wildcat Silver Corporation</org> (TSX: WS) ("Wildcat" or "the Company") is pleased to announce the results of the
updated National Instrument (NI) 43-101 compliant Preliminary Economic
Assessment ("PEA") for its 80%-owned Hermosa project located in <location value="LU/us.az.sanruz" idsrc="xmltag.org">Santa
Cruz County, Arizona</location>.

Highlights

Hermosa's updated PEA has been prepared based on the most recent mineral
resource estimate as announced on <chron>August 9, 2012</chron>. In addition, the
metallurgical process incorporated into the PEA is based on the
recently announced simplified process that produces silver/gold doré.
This updated PEA currently considers Hermosa as a predominantly silver
project with gold and minor amounts of copper production and does not
include the recovery of other base metal by-products (remaining copper,
zinc and manganese), which offers potential significant upside.
Additional metallurgical testwork for the economic recovery of these
by-product metals is currently underway.

Highlights from the Hermosa PEA include:

Average annual silver production of 15.5 million ounces (first five
years), with years one and two producing 23.4 million ounces and 19.8
    million ounces, respectively.

    Mine life of 16 years

    Base case* - After-tax NPV (5%) of <money>$658 million</money>, after-tax IRR of 31.9%,
    and payback of 1.7 years

    Spot case* - After-tax NPV (5%) of <money>$1.05 billion</money>, after-tax IRR of 43.4%
    and payback of 1.4 years

Average cash costs of <money>$8.29</money> per ounce, net of gold and minor copper
    by-product credits (first five years)

Average throughput of 14,920 tonnes per day (tpd), or 5.44 million
    tonnes per annum (tpa)

Initial capital expenditures of <money>$627 million</money> (includes 25% contingency
    of <money>$96 million</money>)

* Base case assumes a silver price of <money>$28.75</money>/oz, gold price of <money>$1,525</money>
and a copper price of <money>$3.50</money>/lb. Spot case assumes a silver price of
<money>$34.60</money>, gold price of <money>$1,773</money> and copper price of <money>$3.73</money>. NPV = Net
Present Value; IRR = Internal Rate of Return.

"This has been a defining year for Hermosa," said
<person>Don Taylor</person>
, Wildcat's
President and COO. "As a result of the three significant milestones we
achieved in 2012: expanding our resource by 160% from 2010, discovering
a new mineral zone and simplifying our metallurgical process, we have
completed a PEA demonstrating all-round positive project economics.
Hermosa is now one of the largest silver projects in the <location value="LC/us;LB/nam" idsrc="xmltag.org">USA</location> with
estimated average annual production of over 15 million silver ounces
per year for the first five years. In addition, metallurgical testwork
currently underway is focused on recovering additional by-product
metals, which has the potential to provide further value to an already
very robust project."

Economic Analysis

The economics in the updated PEA is based on 60/40 pricing (base case)
which is the weighted average of 60% of the three-year historical
prices and 40% of two-year forward market prices. For comparison, the
economics were also calculated based on spot prices (spot case). It
should be noted that in this press release all dollars are <org>United</org>
States Dollars, all tonnes are metric tonnes and all ounces are troy
ounces. Project metrics are calculated on a 100%-ownership basis. A
summary of the results are provided below.

Mining and Processing

The Hermosa project is based on a conventional open-pit 14,920 tpd
operation. This is equivalent to 5.4 million tonnes per annum (tpa),
which is comprised of 2.7 million tonnes of Manto Oxide material per
year and 2.7 million tonnes of Upper Silver Zone material per year.
Average annual production is estimated to be 15.5 million ounces of
silver for the first five years, with years one and two producing 23.4
million ounces and 19.8 million ounces, respectively. Average annual
LOM silver production is estimated at 7.9 million ounces over a mine
life of 16 years.

Wildcat has incorporated the recently discovered Upper Silver Zone,
which lies above and adjacent to the Manto Oxide Zone, into the current
PEA mine plan. As a result, since this new zone was previously
considered as overburden, the waste to ore (strip) ratio has been
reduced significantly to 2.8 to 1.

Mineral processing will be through the calcining of the Manto Oxide
material (manganese hosted silver minerals) followed by traditional
agitated cyanide leaching and recovery of silver and gold by standard
Merrill-Crowe to produce a silver/gold doré. The calcining, which heats
the material in a reducing environment is performed in a direct fired
kiln and is similar to the process used in the cement industry to turn
limestone into cement, but at a lower temperature for the Manto Oxide
material. The Upper Silver Zone material will be crushed and then
combined with the calcined Manto Oxide material, allowing for a single,
grinding/cyanide leach and
<person>Merrill Crowe</person>
circuit for all of the
material processed.

The Company has completed batch and pilot plant testing on a total of
approximately six tonnes of Manto Oxide and Upper Silver Zone material.
Silver recoveries have consistently been above 80 percent for the Manto
Oxide material, with silver recoveries in some of the batch kiln tests
having exceeded 90 percent while those in the continuous direct fired
rotary kiln tests have now achieved up to 89 percent. Wildcat has
optimized the grind size of the Upper Silver Zone material and
developed a grade/recovery curve for incorporating into future mine
modeling activities. Testing has returned silver recoveries of up to 52
percent on the Upper Silver Zone material. In the PEA, average silver
and gold recoveries are estimated at 82 percent and 90 percent,
respectively, for the Manto Oxide Zone and 40 percent and 90 percent,
respectively, for the Upper Silver Zone.

Currently, minor amounts of copper are also recovered in the leaching
process as a copper sulfide concentrate. In the PEA, average copper
recoveries are estimated at 20 percent. The Company has completed
preliminary test work for treating the leach tails to recover zinc by
flotation and manganese by magnetic separation. Metallurgical test
work continues in an effort to further recover the remaining copper,
zinc and manganese. The recovery of these by-products would be
incorporated into the process should they prove to be economically
viable.

Average annual cash costs are estimated to be <money>$8.29</money> per ounce of silver
over the first five years, net of gold and minor copper by-product
credits. LOM average annual cash costs net of by-products are
estimated to be <money>$11.89</money> per ounce of silver. There is the potential to
significantly reduce cash costs per ounce of silver should the recovery
of additional copper, zinc and manganese by-products be economically
attainable.

The updated PEA is based on the previously reported mineral resource
estimate, which was announced on <chron>August 9, 2012</chron>. The resource includes
drill and assay data up to <chron>March 2012</chron> which contains a total of 343
holes (76,630 metres) and is summarized below. It should be noted that mineral resources that are not mineral reserves
do not have demonstrated economic viability.

The mineral resource is based on processing costs of <money>US$27.55</money>/tonne for
the Manto Oxide Zone. The Upper Silver Zone mineral resource is
tabulated using a silver cut-off grade of 8.57 g/t.

Previous mineral resources did not include a resource for gold as no
metallurgical test work had been completed to prove its recovery or
economic viability. As a result of recent test work the expected
recovery included in the above table has been used and gold has been
included in the total mineral resource.

Project Schedule

Metallurgical development work is planned using a larger direct-fired,
pilot-sized kiln to provide parameters for a full scale commercial
operation. Further, the Company is continuing its efforts in
recovering its by-product base metals within the Hermosa deposit. The
Company expects to complete this additional metallurgical test work for
incorporation into a pre-feasibility study by the end of second quarter
of 2013.

becoming one of the largest silver producers in the <location value="LC/us;LB/nam" idsrc="xmltag.org">USA</location> by developing
its 80% owned Hermosa project located in <location value="LU/us.az.sanruz" idsrc="xmltag.org">Santa Cruz County, Arizona</location>.
The Company has completed an updated Preliminary Economic Assessment on
Hermosa which estimates average annual silver production of 15.5
million ounces for the first five years and a mine life of 16 years.
Hermosa's current mineral resource includes a measured and indicated
mineral resource of 194 million tonnes averaging 37.7 grams per tonne
silver for a total of 236 million ounces of silver and an inferred
mineral resource of 80 million tonnes averaging 30.9 grams per tonne
silver for a total of 79 million ounces of silver as announced in the

Cautionary Note Concerning Inferred Mineral Resources
The PEA is preliminary in nature and includes Inferred mineral resources
that are considered too speculative geologically to have the economic
considerations applied to them that would enable them to be categorized
as mineral reserves, and there is no certainty that the PEA based on
these mineral resources will be realized. Mineral resources that are
not mineral reserves do not have demonstrated economic viability.

<location value="LU/ca.bc.vancvr" idsrc="xmltag.org">VANCOUVER</location>, <chron>Sept. 5, 2012</chron> /CNW/ - <org value="Toronto:WS" idsrc="xmltag.org">Wildcat Silver Corporation</org> (TSX: WS) ("Wildcat" or "the Company") is pleased to announce that it has
completed pilot plant-scale testing on a simplified metallurgical
process for the recovery of silver and gold from the Hermosa Manto
Oxide and Upper Silver Zone material.

The new process centres on the calcining of the Manto Oxide material
(manganese hosted silver minerals) followed by traditional agitated
cyanide leaching and recovery of silver and gold by standard
Merrill-Crowe to produce a silver / gold doré. The calcining is
performed in a rotary kiln, which is a similar process used in the
cement industry, but at a lower temperature for the Manto Oxide
material. The kiln effectively reduces the Manto Oxide material,
rendering silver available for direct cyanide leaching. The revised
process for the Manto Oxide material greatly reduces the complexity of
the planned operation. A diagram demonstrating the new process can be
found here.

Wildcat believes this extensive testing has proven successful as silver
recoveries have consistently been above 80 percent. Silver recoveries
in some of the batch kiln tests have exceeded 90 percent while those in
the continuous rotary kiln tests have been up to 86 percent. Bench and
pilot work continues with the objective to further refine kiln
operating parameters to maximize silver recovery while minimizing
reagent consumptions. Data has also been obtained for other operating
processes including crushing and grinding, solid/liquid separation, and
tailings classification.

Currently, minor amounts of copper are also recovered in the leaching
process as a copper sulfide concentrate. The Company has completed
preliminary test work for treating the leach tails to recover zinc by
flotation and manganese by magnetic separation. Metallurgical test
work continues in an effort to further recover copper, zinc and
manganese. The recovery of these by-products would be incorporated
into the process should they prove to be economically viable.

The Upper Silver Zone material, which lies above and adjacent to the
Manto Oxide Zone, will be crushed and then combined with the calcined
Manto Oxide material, allowing for a single, grinding, cyanide leach
and
<person>Merrill Crowe</person>
circuit for all of the material processed. Wildcat
has optimized the grind size of the Upper Silver Zone material and
developed a grade/recovery curve for incorporating into future mine
modeling activities. Testing has returned silver recoveries of up to 52
percent.

The recently completed pilot plant test work was performed by <org>Hazen
Research, Inc.</org> in <location value="LU/us.co.golden" idsrc="xmltag.org">Golden, Colorado</location>, USA. The pilot plant began
operating in June of 2012, processing approximately six tonnes of Manto
Oxide and Upper Silver Zone material. Further, metallurgical
development work continues using a larger direct-fired, pilot-sized
kiln to provide parameters for a full scale commercial operation to
support potential pre-feasibility and feasibility studies.

The results from this new process in addition to the new resource
announced in <chron>August 2012</chron> will be incorporated into the Company's
revised Preliminary Economic Assessment.

"We view the success of this new process as transformational for
Hermosa," said
<person>Don Taylor</person>
, Wildcat's President and Chief Operating
Officer. "We are very excited that we have been able to find a
processing alternative based on simplified proven technologies. We
believe we have significantly de-risked the project's metallurgy and
made Hermosa a primarily silver/gold project with the potential for
considerable upside to produce by-products downstream. We are now
focused on incorporating these benefits into a revised project model
for our upcoming preliminary economic assessment."

<location value="LU/ca.on.tornto" idsrc="xmltag.org">
TORONTO</location>, <chron>Aug. 9, 2012</chron> /CNW/ - <org value="Toronto:WS" idsrc="xmltag.org">Wildcat Silver Corporation</org> (TSX: WS) ("Wildcat" or "the Company") is pleased to announce a further increase
to the total mineral resource for its Hermosa project located in <location value="LU/us.az.sanruz" idsrc="xmltag.org">Santa
Cruz, Arizona</location>. The Company has also upgraded a significant portion of
its indicated resource into the measured category. The updated mineral
resource estimate includes:

Measured and Indicated resource of 194 million tonnes of 37.7 g/t silver
for 236 million oz of silver

Inferred resource of 80 million tonnes of 30.9 g/t silver for 79 million
    ounces of silver

"The drill program completed earlier this year has resulted in the
global Hermosa mineral resource increasing once again and is now
approximately 2.5 times larger than the previous 2010 resource used in
the prior preliminary economic assessment," commented
<person>Don Taylor</person>
,
Wildcat's President and Chief Operating Officer. "We are also pleased
that we were able to upgrade a significant portion of the resource into
the measured category, which comprises more than 40% of the total
resource. We are currently focused on incorporating this resource into
a revised preliminary economic assessment which we plan to complete by
the end of this quarter."

This mineral resource estimate is effective as of <chron>August 9, 2012</chron> and
includes drill and assay data up to <chron>March 2012</chron> which contains all 212
holes (55,700 metres) completed in the most recent 2011/2012 drill
program. A summary of the total resource is provided below and is
reported on a 100% basis.

It should be noted that mineral resources are not mineral reserves and
do not have demonstrated economic viability.

The mineral resource is based on processing costs of <money>US$27.55</money>/tonne for
the Manto Zone. The Upper Silver Zone mineral resource is tabulated
using a silver cut-off grade of 8.57 g/t.
Previous mineral resources did not include a resource for gold as no
metallurgical test work had been completed to prove its recovery or
economic viability. As a result of recent test work the expected
recovery included in the above table has been used and gold has been
included in the total mineral resource.

In addition to the above mineral resource, Hermosa also has a deep Skarn
Sulfide Zone which hosts 3.8 million tonnes of 30.84 g/t silver, 4.68%
manganese, 0.07% copper and 2.31% zinc for total contained silver
ounces of approximately 4.0 million. This Skarn resource was previously
announced in the Company's <chron>February 6, 2012</chron> mineral resource press
release and included in the NI 43-101 Hermosa Technical Report dated
<chron>March 21, 2012</chron>. The Skarn resource was not affected by the current
drilling and therefore was not listed in the updated resource totals as
it was not reviewed by <org>Scott E. Wilson Consulting, Inc.</org>

The Company has also completed metallurgical test work including pilot
plant studies on both the Manto Oxide and Upper Silver Zone ore at
<org>Hazen Research Inc.</org> in Golden, Colorado. Results are expected to be
announced later in the quarter once results of the test work have been
received and analysed. Wildcat is on track to deliver an updated
Preliminary Economic Assessment which will include the new mineral
resource announced today and the results from the metallurgical test
work by the end of the third quarter of 2012.

About Mineral Reserves and Mineral Resources

<location value="LU/ca.bc.vancvr" idsrc="xmltag.org">
VANCOUVER</location>, <chron>June 21, 2012</chron> /CNW/ - <org value="Toronto:WS" idsrc="xmltag.org">Wildcat Silver Corporation</org> (TSX: WS) ("Wildcat" or "the Company") is pleased to announce the results for the
final 15 drill holes of its most recent drill campaign completed on the
Company's Hermosa property located in <location value="LU/us.az.sanruz" idsrc="xmltag.org">Santa Cruz County, Arizona</location>. The
holes covered in this press release were drilled to test extensions of
the Manto Oxide Zone to the north and the Upper Silver Zone to the
southeast of the current Hermosa resource.

Highlights

Drill hole HDS-290, located on the southeastern extent of the current
Hermosa resource, intersected four intervals of significant silver
mineralization. The best intercepts include 9.1 metres of 233.1 g/t silver from the Manto Oxide Zone and 13.7 metres of 101.5 g/t silver from the Upper Silver Zone.

Drill hole HDS-313, an infill drill hole targeting the deeper portions
of the northern area of the Hermosa resource, encountered three
distinct intervals of mineralization in the Upper Silver Zone. The
most significant Upper Silver Zone intersection returned 3.0 metres of 171.3 g/t silver.

Drill hole HDS-316, located in the southeastern portion of Hermosa's
patented claim block, encountered two intervals of significant Upper
Silver Zone mineralization. The best intercept returned 13.7 metres of 70.2 g/t silver.

Drill holes HDS-314, HDS-320, HDS-321, HDS-322 and HDS-323 returned no
significant mineralization. It is believed that these holes were
drilled across a northeast trending fault which appears to have offset
the Hermosa mineralization.

Wildcat has now announced all 212 drill holes from its drill program
completed in <chron>March 2012</chron> and is currently in the process of updating the
Hermosa mineral resource to include all of the drilling completed to
date. The updated Hermosa mineral resource is on track to be completed
in the third quarter of 2012. The Company is also conducting pilot
plant studies at <org>Hazen Research Inc.</org> in
<person>Golden Colorado</person>
in preparation
for an updated Preliminary Economic Assessment which is expected to be
completed subsequently in the third quarter of 2012.

A summary of the drill results is provided below. Please also see the attached map

Further,
certain duplicate pulps also have Cu, Pb, Zn, Mn QA/QC checks using
ICP/AA methods and 30 element spectral ICP determined at Inspectorate
after 4-acid digestion.

including the preparation and timing of further mineral resource
updates, preliminary economic assessments and metallurgical testwork.
Forward-looking statements are often, but not always, identified by the
use of words such as may, will, seek, anticipate, believe, plan, estimate, budget, schedule, forecast, project, expect, intend, or similar expressions.

The forward-looking statements are based on a number of assumptions

About Reserves and Resources

This press release uses the terms indicated and inferred resources as a
relative measure of the level of confidence in the resource estimate.
Readers are cautioned that: (a) mineral resources are not economic
mineral reserves; (b) the economic viability of resources that are not
mineral reserves has not been demonstrated; and (c) it should not be
assumed that further work on the stated resources will lead to mineral
reserves that can be mined economically. In addition, inferred
resources are considered too geologically speculative to have any
economic considerations applied to them. It cannot be assumed that all
or any part of an inferred mineral resource will ever be upgraded to a
higher category. Under Canadian rules, estimates of inferred mineral
resources may not form the basis of feasibility or pre-feasibility
studies or economic studies except for certain preliminary economic
assessments. Readers should also refer to the Company's Annual
Information Form for the period ended <chron>December 31, 2011</chron> and other
continuous disclosure documents available at www.sedar.com, which is subject to the qualifications and notes set forth therein.
