is pleased to announce that its common shares have been approved for listing on The TSX Venture Exchange
(“TSX-V”) and will commence trading on the TSX-V on September 3, 2008 under the symbol “WS”. Wildcat will
be delisted from the Canadian Trading and Quotation System (“CNQ”) Exchange effective Tuesday, September
2, 2008 after market close. The Company’s graduation to the TSX-V fulfils a corporate strategy to achieve
greater exposure to institutional and retail investors and generate a broader shareholder base.
