Vancouver, B.C. – Comcorp Ventures Inc. is pleased to announce it has arranged a nonbrokered private placement of up to 1,200,000 units at $0.28 per unit. Each unit is comprised of one common share and one half of a non-transferable share purchase warrant. One whole share purchase warrant entitles the holder to acquire one common share at a price of $0.50 for a period of one year. Proceeds from the placement will be used towards general working capital.
