Vancouver, B.C. – Comcorp Ventures Inc. is pleased to announce it has arranged a nonbrokered private placement of up to 13,500,000 units at $0.06 per unit. Each unit is comprised of one common share and one non-transferable share purchase warrant. Each share purchase warrant entitles the holder to acquire one common share at a price of $0.10 for a period of two years. Proceeds from the placement will be used towards general working capital.
